Dakota's Place is a newly constructed 4 bedroom, Adult Family Home licensed by the State of Wisconsin under Wisconsin Administrative Code DHS 88. Dakota's Place LLC provides services for a maximum of 4 adults, men or women, 18 years of age or older with any of the following: Advanced Age, Developmentally Disabled (Intellectually Impaired), Emotionally Disturbed/Mental Illness, Irreversible Dementia/Alzheimer's, Physically Disabled or Traumatic Brain Injury. The home is located in Dunn County, Wisconsin in the Village of Boyceville. Dakota's Place LLC is dedicated to helping each Resident develop to their fullest potential while feeling like they are part of a family. We strive to provide exceptional and compassionate care in a safe, loving and nurturing home-like environment.
